Parkway Recycling Class is turning Trash into Cash!
Follow this link to see fliers that showcase items students can bring to school for recycling.
In the cafeteria there are dedicated recycling bins for each of these types of items. Parents should put each type of item in a different bag (plastic grocery bags are fine) if at all possible. 8th grade students will be assigned to help younger students find the right bin if they need help.
Don't forget to register your Food Lion card so the school receives rewards.
Reminder: Students who eat lunch at the reduced rate, as well as students who are approved for free lunch, are able to eat breakfast at no cost.
